At CRO:NYX, I was the lead UX/UI designer for the redesign of the webpage to increase interactiveness and ultimately lead to sales. After my work, the company was named Top 100 Global Search Agencies in 2022, for new growth in their client base and for delivering results. The agency won several awards, along with Community Votes Calgary Awards for outstanding design services.
Problem:
Total revamp of the current website. Current site:
Research & Drafting:
The CEO of CRONYX approached me with her ideas. She had created a document where she had roughly housed & written out the design process. The research was already done & the content was built out so it was up to me to creating a webpage that accurately reflected the company, it's creativeness, & it's ability to be fun.
Approach:
Tools: Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, G Suite, Slack
I started off with creating a low fidelity wireframe. Once approved, I made a design system that would be applicable to all aspects of the website & be the steering wheel for any designs/ideas/drafts.There were multiple rounds of feedback, iteration, & drafts. I was in close communication with the CEO the entire process to make sure I was fully capturing her ideas, keeping her in the loop of design ideas, & keeping her updated on progress.
Below to the left, you will see how the designs for the homepage started (draft 1) & how it evolved to the approved design (right).
Results: Still in progress in the development stage
